Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location. All orders are shipped with tracking and insurance for added security. Once your package has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email.

EU Shipping: Shipped via CTT or DHL – Estimated delivery: 7-10 business days.

  • Ready-to-Ship & One-of-a-Kind Items – Ships next business day

Import Duties & Taxes

Nectar does not cover import duties, taxes, or customs fees that may apply based on your country’s regulations. As the recipient, you are responsible for any additional charges required by local customs. These fees must be paid to release your order from customs. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds for duties or taxes paid.

If you’re unsure about import duties in your country, we recommend contacting your local customs office.

Please note: Nectar is not responsible for shipping delays caused by third-party couriers, customs processing, weather disruptions, or unforeseen circumstances.

Lost or Stolen Parcels

If you experience any issues with tracking, lost packages, or address changes, please reach out—we're happy to assist however we can.

However, Nectar cannot be held responsible for lost parcels due to:

  • Incorrect address entry at checkout

  • Failure to collect the package

  • Unsuccessful delivery attempts
