Ring Sizing

  • Use an existing ring:

    1. Choose a ring from your collection that comfortably fits the finger you intend to wear your new ring on.

    2. Utilize a ruler or tape measure to measure the INSIDE diameter of the ring from one side to the other in millimeters.

    3. Use this conversion chart to convert the Inner Diameter MM measurement to US ring size.

  • 1. Take a piece of floss or string and wrap it snugly around the base of the finger where you plan to wear the ring.

    2. Mark the point where the floss or string overlaps with a pen to denote the circumference.

    3. Carefully straighten out the floss or string and measure its length using a ruler or measuring tape, recording the measurement in millimeters.

    Use this chart to convert the size in MM to US ring size.

Tips for finding your perfect fit:

  • If you're between sizes, we recommend choosing the larger one – especially for thicker bands

  • Keep in mind your ring needs to slide over your knuckle comfortably

  • Avoid measuring when your hands are too cold or swollen – temperature matters

  • Finger sizes can differ between your left and right hand, so be sure to measure the exact finger you’ll wear your ring on

12-Month Manufacturing Warranty

At nectar, we stand by the quality of our craftsmanship. That’s why we offer a complimentary 12-month Manufacturing Warranty on all pieces, starting from the date of purchase. If a product is found to have a manufacturing defect, we will repair, replace, or refund it at no cost to you. Additionally, we’ll cover the return shipping expenses.

If you believe your piece qualifies for a manufacturing warranty claim, please contact us via email or through our contact page. Be sure to include your order number or proof of purchase, along with images of the issue if possible.

  • The following are not considered manufacturing defects and are not covered under our 12-month warranty:

    • Loss or theft of the item

    • Scratches, dents, or abrasions from daily wear

    • Chips, cracks, or breakages in gemstones due to accidents or impact

    • Pitting or holes in settings caused by exposure to corrosive substances

    • Discoloration from chemicals, makeup, chlorine, or bathing

    • Natural metal wear over time requiring restoration

Shipping

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location. All orders are shipped with tracking and insurance for added security. Once your package has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Europe Shipping: Shipped via DHL – Estimated delivery: 7-10 business days.

Returns & Refunds

At Nectar, customer satisfaction is our priority, and we handle returns on a case-by-case basis. If you need to initiate a return, please contact us via email at hannah@nectarbyhannah.com within 30 days of receiving your piece.

We do not offer refunds or returns for change of mind, and due to the custom or made-to-order nature of our pieces, exchanges are not available.

    • One-of-a-kind or final sale pieces

    • Loss or theft

    • Scratches, dents, or abrasions from daily wear

    • Chips, cracks, or breakages in gemstones due to accidents or impact

    • Discoloration or metal wear from exposure to corrosive substances

Silver is known for being durable and robust. While strong enough for everyday wear, sterling silver still needs a little care to keep its brilliance. To maintain its shine, gently polish it with a soft cloth to remove any tarnish that may develop over time. For a deeper clean, use warm water, a touch of natural soap, and a soft toothbrush to refresh your silver jewelry.


General Care

No matter the metal, these simple tips will help your silver pieces stay radiant for years:

  1. Store your pieces in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and humidity.

  2. Avoid wearing jewelry while swimming, showering, or during intense activities.

  3. Keep your jewelry away from lotions, perfumes, and hair products to prevent buildup and tarnishing.

  4. We all need a little break from time to time - Rotate your pieces regularly to minimize wear and tear.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Each piece is thoughtfully made to order. Please allow up to 6 weeks for your ring to be individually made, just for you.

  • For now we are only shipping within the EU with DHL. Your order is fully tracked and insured. You'll receive the tracking number as soon as the parcel is on it's way to you. For more information see our Shipping Policy.

  • We don'tcover customs and import taxes. Some countries outside of Europe may require local residents to pay these fees — we recommend checking with your local customs office if you're unsure.

  • If you're between two sizes, we recommend sizing up – especially for wider or thicker bands. For more info see our Ring Sizing Guide.
